Vacancy for Membership and Commercial Services Assistant
Starting July 2022
National Gallery Global Ltd (NGG) has an exciting opportunity for a Membership and Commercial Services Assistant.
We are looking for a candidate experienced in providing excellent customer service in the delivery of membership products to physical and digital audiences. These key products include (but are not limited to) Membership, ticketed exhibitions, events, and general Gallery Entry admissions.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer queries are dealt with appropriately, maintaining records accurately and assisting the team to meet its financial targets.
Experience of the Tessitura database and ticketing system or a similar CRM system are requirements for this role.

Hours: Full time Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
Contract status: Permanent
Annual salary range: £25,950 - £27,500
