National Gallery Global Limited (NGG) is a commercial company established to provide revenue for the National Gallery from a range of operations including Retail, Publishing, Loyalty, Sales and Ticketed Experiences, and Hospitality and Events. Our work enhances the visitor experience and helps to safeguard some of the country’s most valuable works of art.
We have a full time, permanent vacancy for a Forward Stock Assistant. The details are:
- 35 hours per week Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day
The successful candidate will have a high level of commercial and customer focus. You will also be highly numerate, and have a systematic and methodical approach to work. As there is a requirement to follow procedures for recording stock levels, it is essential that you have experience of working successfully with a stock control database. Previous experience of working in a similar stock focused role is an advantage.
It is a very exciting time in The National Gallery’s history celebrating NG200 and the reopening of the Sainsbury Wing in May.

Vacancy for Hospitality & Events Manager (Maternity Cover)

National Gallery Global Ltd (NGG) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hospitality & Events Manager.
Reporting to the Senior Hospitality & Events Manager, the successful applicant will provide support in optimising the potential for commercial events in the National Gallery by delivering high calibre venue hire, corporate membership events and filming within the Gallery. Events range from weddings, evening dinners and receptions to large filming projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading art institution, a unique venue and a growing business in the heart of London.
Key skills & experience:
- Previous sales and event operations experience
- Enthusiastic, driven and eager to evolve with the ever-changing events envirornment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to network confidently and work with private and corporate clients on all levels
