Ashok Roy is former Director of Collections. Joris Dik is Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Chair, Materials in Art and Archaeology, Department of Materials Science. Dr Annelies van Loon is Paintings Research Scientist at Rijksmuseum Amsterdam/ Postdoctoral Researcher; Both are based at Delft University of Technology. Chris Fischer is Director of the Centre for the Advanced Study of Old Master Drawings at Statens Museum for Kunst, Copenhagen. Ella Hendricks is Associate Professor of Conservation and Restoration at University of Amsterdam. Nelly von Aderkas, Rachel Billinge, Sarah Herring, Catherine Higgitt, Gabriella Macaro, David Peggie, Marika Spring, Hayley Tomlinson, Letizia Treves, Betsy Wieseman and Matthias Wivel are all based at the National Gallery, London.

International Delivery - within 15 working days

Delivery with local carrier. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but we endeavour to have them delivered within 15 working days of the order. Made to order products such as prints and personalised greetings cards may take up to 21 days.
International Express Delivery - within 10 working days
We aim to deliver goods within 10 working days of the order being placed.
Free Click & Collect - Currently Unavailable
Click & Collect is a free, next day delivery to store service. Orders will be available for collection from the Getty shop only (Opening Hours: Daily 10am – 5:45pm and Friday 10am – 8:45pm). Orders placed before 5pm will be ready for collection from 10am the next day. Orders placed after 5pm will be ready for collection from 2pm the next day.
Returns

As our custom prints are made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once payment has been made. Pierced earrings or face coverings cannot be returned unless they are faulty, or we have made a mistake due to health & safety reasons.
