Marika Spring is Head of Science; Paul Ackroyd, Nelly von Aderkas, Rachel Billinge, Jill Dunkerton, Jonathan Franklin, Helen Howard, Larry Keith, Marta Melchiorre di Crescrenzo, David Peggie and Matthias Wivel are all based at the National Gallery, London. Until recently Marjorie E. Wieseman and Flaminia Rukavina worked at the National Gallery, London. Marjorie E. Wieseman is now The Paul J. and Edith Ingalls Vignos Jr. Curator of European Paintings and Sculpture, 1500-1800, at The Cleveland Museum of Art.

International Delivery - within 15 working days

Delivery with local carrier. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but we endeavour to have them delivered within 15 working days of the order. Made to order products such as prints and personalised greetings cards may take up to 21 days. 

International Express Delivery - within 10 working days 

We aim to deliver goods within 10 working days of the order being placed.

Free Click & Collect - Currently Unavailable

Click & Collect is a free, next day delivery to store service. Orders will be available for collection from the Getty shop only (Opening Hours: Daily 10am – 5:45pm and Friday 10am – 8:45pm). Orders placed before 5pm will be ready for collection from 10am the next day. Orders placed after 5pm will be ready for collection from 2pm the next day.  

Returns

As our custom prints are made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once payment has been made. Pierced earrings or face coverings cannot be returned unless they are faulty, or we have made a mistake due to health & safety reasons.
